A private villa in the mist-wrapped hills of Wayanad — warm, lively, and entirely yours.
About the Villa
Hill Brown is a privately-owned two-storey villa sitting pretty above Wayanad’s lush canopy. It’s built with laterite stone, warm timber, and a whole lot of personality — think bold magenta railings, artistic ceilings, and a pool that glows blue at night.
This isn’t a hotel. It’s a whole house — just for your group. Come with family, come with friends. Stay up late, wake up to birdsong, and leave reluctantly.
“Mornings smell like coffee and cardamom. Evenings smell like bonfire and happy.”
What's Inside
The whole villa is yours to enjoy — pool, lawn, games, sunsets and all. No sharing with strangers, ever.
A sparkling pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Float, swim, or just sit on the edge with your feet in the water.
The upstairs balcony has a view that'll make you forget your phone exists. Golden skies every single evening.
A shaded open-air stage with bamboo on either side. Morning yoga, evening music, or just a quiet sit.
A sunken fire pit in the middle of the lawn. Best when paired with chai, stories, and a sky full of stars.
The lawn comes alive at dusk with warm fairy lights strung overhead. Absolutely magical for photos.
Carrom, board games and more to keep the fun going once the sun sets over the Ghats.
A classic white swing on the lawn — the perfect spot for a slow morning with your favourite book.
The entire property, just for you. No shared lobbies, no other guests. Just your people and your vibe.
